quiet location in Obergurgl

The apartment house Agnes is situated in a quiet location at the southern end of Obergurgl, in the midst of the impressive Gurgler mountains. Here also the very popular walking path to the stone pine forest takes its start.

In winter, the ski slope is in the immediate vicinity. You can ski with us - in the truest sense of the word - right up to the front door. In the house there are only guest apartments. 

If you have any questions, you can always contact the reception in the Hotel Alpenland, from where, the house is co-serviced.

Distances:

  • to the center of Obergurgl approx. 5 minutes on foot
  • to the Hotel Alpenland approx. 10 minutes on foot
  • to the ski slope about 2 minutes walk 

We are happy to provide you with a free parking space at the house. We rent garage spaces in the municipal parking garage for € 15,- per day.

In winter: directly at the ski slope (5 m from the ski cellar)
In summer: the numerous hiking routes start in the immediate vicinity of the hotel

PARKING SPACES AND UNDERGROUND CAR PARK:

Parking spaces are available free of charge at the hotel. Parking spaces must be reserved in the municipal car park at a cost of € 15,- per day.
Chargeable e-charging station for cars.

Final account

For the settlement of the final account we accept cash in EURO
and Maestro EC card, Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard.

Short stay surcharge

For a stay of 3 days or less, we charge a Short stay surcharge of + 10 %.

Cancellation conditions

* Cancellable free of charge up to 91 days before arrival (handling fee Euro 50,- )

* 90-31 days before arrival: 20 % cancellation fee
* 30-15 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
* 14 - 4 days prior to arrival: 90 % cancellation fee

* 3 days before arrival until the day of arrival: 100 % cancellation fee

The date of cancellation is the date of receipt of the written cancellation notice by email.

Accommodation contract

In the event of a reservation being made, the Austrian Hotel contract conditions. In case of late arrival or early departure the entire reservation time will be charged.

Dogs: please register

For dogs we charge
€ 32,-- per dog / per day.
Feed levy is unfortunately not possible.
We ask to supervise the dog also during the day and not alone
in the room.
Please have understanding,
that your four-legged friend
in the dining room.

Travel cancellation insurance

Cancellation sounds annoying.
And it is - for everyone. It's a pity when someone can't come, and
Room remain free, although others like to would have come. On the other hand, anything can happen to anyone. Our request: Inform us in time and close a travel cancellation and travel interruption insurance through us. Premium: 5 % of the total travel price with the down payment.
